In collaboration with the Rutgers Center for Youth Political Participation and Scarlet Arts RX, Mason Gross’ Design Practicum students were tasked with creating a series of social posts and artistic activations to encourage voting amongst students for the 2025 NJ gubernatorial election.
The final activation featured a temporary, postcard-themed structure displayed at Rutgers’ New Brunswick campus. Students were encouraged to take a postcard, write a voting plan, and were mailed back to them at the end of the activation. I was responsible for designing the front of the structure, two postcards, and working the event alongside CYPP.

Overall, CYPP was able to reach over 120 students through this activation, in conversations, creating voting plans, and registering to vote.
Alongside the activation, I collaborated with classmate Elliot Dong to design a series of social graphics for CYPP highlighting important election dates.
Using a non-partisan color palette, we referenced original letterpress campaign posters in contrasting modern and vintage styles. Below, you can view the final graphics as well as the conceptual presentation.
